▸ Budget 2013: what about IPG? ... ♬

after a year left abandoned, i decided to use this blog to write my mind..AGAIN..!

i couldn't talk it elsewhere, so i think this is the only channel where i could use

to express my thoughts and feelings...

so as u guys see, the title is Budget 2013..

i know, as IPGians it is the most-awaited moment of the year(at least for me)

to know the fate of our allowances..

and it seems there is happy news for those serving in pre-service for govermant sectors..

i would like to quote directly from the Budget text

as announced by our Prime Minister

last September 28th..

"Kerajaan turut memberi perhatian untuk meringankan beban kos sara hidup bagi pelatih-pelatih yang mengikuti kursus pra perkhidmatan di peringkat ijazah, diploma dan sijil. Dengan ini, Kerajaan bersetuju menaikkan kadar elaun pra perkhidmatan yang melibatkan 31,135 pelatih. Skim perkhidmatan yang terlibat adalah Pegawai Perkhidmatan Pendidikan Siswazah, Penolong Pegawai Kesihatan Persekitaran, Penolong Pegawai Perubatan, Penolong Pegawai Farmasi, Juru X-Ray, Jururawat, Jururawat Pergigian, Jurupulih Perubatan, Juruteknologi Makmal Perubatan, Juruteknologi Pergigian, Jururawat Masyarakat, Pembantu Kesihatan Awam dan Pembantu Pembedahan Pergigian. Untuk ini, sebanyak 84.2 juta ringgit akan disediakan."

and not long after that, we get this

"IPOH 15 Okt. - Kesemua 20,000 pelatih yang mengikuti kursus praperkhidmatan peringkat sijil dan diploma di 33 Institut Latihan Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia (ILKKM) akan menikmati kenaikan elaun sara hidup bulanan antara 60 hingga 80 peratus mulai tahun depan.

Menteri Kesihatan, Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai berkata, kenaikan itu menyaksikan pelatih peringkat sijil akan menerima peningkatan elaun sara hidup daripada RM517 kepada RM835 sebulan manakala pelatih diploma daripada RM621.21 kepada RM1,166.58 sebulan."

what a great news for those trainees! Congratulation!

But that is not the main purpose of this entry

as highlighted in the budget text above, it stated that the only other than medical scheme which is involved in the allowance increment is the

PEGAWAI PERKHIDMATAN PENDIDIKAN SISWAZAH

or better known as

TEACHERS

couldn't believe it? go to MOE, or ask teachers themselves..

so is it a good news for IPG students?

will there be any allowance increment for IPGians?

well since the budget say so, and if any party tries to deny it, we should fight for it

sebab sdh kna janji, mesti ditepati kannnnnnnn........

jadi sama2 lah kita menunggu berita baik k :)

so I finally get the mood to redecorate my blog.

it was kinda hard to follow the tutorial for blogger layout so I decided to give blogskin an attempt.

and the result...TADA!

as you see, this blog is my first attempt of doing blogskin.

one good thing about it is that the HTMLs are not that hard to understand.

I can edit it without even looking at the tutorial...

BUT

only with blogskin with no specific basecode.

If that blogskin requires basecode, then you have the follow what the blogskin designer theblatheblathebla.

i'm intending to change the blogskin again, and learn more about basecodes.

perhaps, trying to have and contribute my own blogskins too :)

*peringatan: entri ini akan memaparkan pelbagai jenis dan bentuk kesalahan tatabahasa yang tidak boleh diterima. penulis sengaja berbuat demikian kerana ingin merehatkan diri setelah sepanjang tahun menulis esei2 akademik yg tersangatlah skema. peace!

sebenarnya sy berasa amat pelik dgn blogger Reading List sy

semenjak-menjak cuti ney sy nmpk sunyi btul Reading List sy..

jarang btul ada org post entri baru

padahal dulu masa2 blum cuti dkat2 exam, berhambur semua post smpai sy xtaw mna satu maw baca dulu.

tp btul jg lar kn..

sy sndiri pun sama jg malas maw buat entri baru.

padahal dulu masa minggu ulangkaji, sanggup spend 3 sleepless night untuk decorate blog sj..

persoalannya, knapa kh jd bgtu?

jwpannya, sy pun xtaw lar knapa.

mungkin psl tym cuti ney jarang kita bdepan dgn laptop & sewaktu dengannya.

bz luang masa dgn kluarga tercinta.

atau bz tidur mcm sy..hehehe..

apa2 pun, 1 Disember sdh menjelma menunjukkan diri (ok, ini teda kaitan dgn tajuk)

bagi sy, inilah bulan yg paling sy byk buang duit.

mana lagi baju krismas, hadiah krismas, hadiah birthday c darling,oh mcm2....

padahal elaun yg masuk rm 430 ja..huh!

pastu maw fkir psl elaun yg tertangguh 3 bulan lae nnt.....kalah ibu mengandung sdh sarat otak sy bpikir!

sy maw jd orang yang paling awal mengucapkan ..............

MERRY CHRISTMAS & HAPPY NEW YEAR 2012!!

owh, sungguh meriah sekali lagu2 krismas d The Mall td :)
